Vince Evans was highly recommended to me by a co-worker, and from our first meeting it was clear he was a good fit for my wife and I. He was upfront about the difficult condition of the market for buyers and set reasonable expectations about the process (journey) ahead of us. That honest, up-front approach defined the entirety of our experience, and reflects the way Vince approaches real estate. Also important for us - Vince allowed us to set the pace. While for us this was more of a sprint, he is comfortable with multiple showings a day or a single showing a week - you decide. He worked hard, didn't push anything we didn't want, and when it came time to offer/counter offer he worked tirelessly, leveraging his communication skills, established relationships with different agents, and knowledge of the area to give us the needed information to make decisions.
